The person who protected Chance is: Your special role is being the Protector. At Imprisonment or Exile, you have the ability to insure one person stays safe. At the start of each Episode I will start a new topic in your confessional. I will then tell you whether you are making someone Immune from Imprisonment or Exile. Recall the definition of Immune from ______: Immune from Imprisonment - If someone has been awarded the status "Immune from Imprisonment," then this is what will happen: the Spies are not allowed to select that person for Imprisonment. They must select another person to be Imprisoned. Your Imprisonment Immunities will be announced to the Spies, your Exile Immunities will be announced in the Burg. You can only pick yourself once total, there are no restrictions on your other choices.

We want everyone to think that person is a Spy: You are a Spy. You are also the Protector. As the person behind the Witness Protection Program, you have the power to whisk away someone and keep them safe for one Exile. The person you choose will be Immune from Exile. You must choose someone before Imprisonment. This means they cannot be voted out at the following Exile. You can only choose each person once. The person you choose will be publicly announced and no one will be allowed to vote for them. You must choose one person every Exile. Think of the power this role contains and how you will use it for the benefit of the Spies. Would you save someone who might be voted out to cause chaos? Would you keep a fellow Spy safe even if by publicly revealing this would cause them to be a target? Could you use this to frame others? Could you end up claiming this role down the road and use it to your benefit? So many questions, and yet there's only one decision. Choose wisely.

There have been two Protectors in spy history. One was named Angus and he was a Spy. One was Jenya and she was a Citizen. But their roles basically did the same thing--allowed them to protect people from Imprisonment or Exile.
Obviously, the Protector this time is a Citizen like Jenya was, but we want everyone to think they're a spy like Angus. Since they protected Chance, they already kind of look like a Spy.
Angus protected himself from exile once or twice. We might want to accuse Chance of being a Spy Protector and protecting himself from Exile.

spies8jenny: Anyways, he didn't give me a role name, although he said something about lobbying. I like to think of it as the captain planet role though. [22:03] spies8gabriel: okay then. [22:03] spies8jenny: If a role is used on him, he gets to use it as well. [22:03] spies8jenny: if a doctor protects him for example [22:03] spies8jenny: he gets a protection to give out [22:03] spies8jenny: if he's investigated, he gets an investigation to use, that sort of thing. [22:04] spies8jenny: Ni-Ni can confirm, he claimed to her to more recently. [22:04] spies8themba: so that would sound like a cit rolen then. [22:04] spies8savannah: yeah
spies8jenny: By the way, Allan also said something else that has me a little worried when he claimed to me. [22:16] spies8jenny: 16:41] spies8allan: good things happen for the town when roles get used on me [16:42] spies8allan: i think there is one person with my role on our team, and one on the other team [16:42] spies8allan: though there could be more? i'm not sure
[22:16] spies8savannah: my change off him? [22:16] spies8savannah: i didnt change that much lol [22:16] spies8savannah: and no i had no idea about role claim. [22:16] spies8owen: I'm currently on Savannah, but Steph has finally come off more scummy than crazy tonight (at least from what I'm seeing in the thread) [22:17] spies8themba: ugh. that's all i have to say. just ugh. [22:17] spies8jenny: I obviously don't know the exact wording of his role, but he apparently thinks that there could be more then one of this role, and that there might be one on both sides. Why he thinks that I'm not entirely sure, since I couldn't exactly ask him to show me what it said. [22:17] spies8stephanie: spies8savannah: (1:02:13 AM) allan your just full of lies lmao

did gabeypoo no 'bout a role.?
spies8themba 11:23 pm I think it was because he was trusted enough to be told about roles. At least one anyway. And they wanted to actually kill someone this time. Cause they failed last time. That's what I'd be thinking.

Looks like Chance is the exile/imprisonment protector. Don't slip up and say you know that, or that you know he was protected from Impris. Unless Sam announces it.

Too many people are acting like they don't know why the doctor never contacted his save. If the doctor was a Republican at any point they would have definitely contacted Gabe. And Gabe probably would have leaked that to someone in case he died. So we'd probably have heard about it by now.

There's a slim chance that Chance and Claude told each other they had roles and started fighting episode 1 to protect themselves. I still think Claude would suspect Chance for the way he's used his role, so we should try to force Chance to claim ASAP in my opinion.
It would definitely protect Isaac to have Chance more heavily suspected.

1. Savannah -- Messenger (DEAD)2. Allan -- Copycat/Lobbyist 3. Claude -- Vote Weirdo 4. Chance -- Exile/Impris Protector (this is not public) 5. Cory -- Doctor (He is too cocky and buddy buddy with Owen. Something's up.) 6. Lilith -- Mason?7. (Jasmine?) -- Mason 8. Owen (basically confirmed Cit by his behavior) Nita -- 3rd partyThat really has to be all the Citizen roles. We have to imprison them all, except possibly Chance if we get lucky.

Stupid Jenny is trusted enough that Owen shows her these "Spy Messenger" messages. She mentioned that in group chat. That means Owen, Cory, Tina, Jenny, Allan and possibly two other people are in the trusted group. That means we're pretty much screwed, so I think we should focus on having fun and causing chaos on the way out. Let's trace how this happened: - Allan is stupid enough to claim his role to Jenny right after the game begins.
- Nita is stupid enough to claim her role to Jenny right after the game begins.
- Allan is stupid enough to claim his role to Nita and it makes her trust him more.
- Jenny is stupid enough not to tell the Burg about Nita's evil role and keeps it a secret.
- Jenny outs Allan's role when he's not in danger of being exiled.
- The doctor goes to Allan and Jenny because we killed the doctor's protect and he is now just a vanilla and confirmed Citizen. They're now a party of three (would have been four but we killed a confirmed Citizen.)
- We kill Nita, Jenny claims that she helped out a 3rd party, and people trust her more than ever.
- Owen becomes dictator and gets to murder Isaac, who forgot to tell us he had the most powerful Spy role in the game.
- Isaac flips spy, making Owen a hero. Now, the doctor, Jenny, Allan, two masons and a Dictator decide to have a Citizen party. I believe Tina is invited for tea.
- For comedy purposes, the Spies Gods whisper in Owen's ear that he should nominate a Spy to Senate. Two more Spies quickly join her. Unfortunately, one Spy is getting nominated up against the world's Luckiest Citizen.
- The exile protector decides it's a good time to go claim their role to the Citizen alliance. The alliance is briefly eight people huge until the Spies lop off one's head.
- Little does Claude know he and his Role could have been the 9th member of the Citizen alliance if only he wasn't obsessed with exiling the world's Luckiest Citizen. Instead, he broods in misery on his own deserted island, Claudeistan.
- The Spy messenger (who is probably actually a Citizen fucking with everyone) sends Magalie a message which causes her to go crazy apeshit bonkers with drugs and sex, outing the doctor and possibly herself. Many citizens believe these actions make Magalie more Citizenish.
What comes next?! Who else will join the confirmed Citizen alliance? Stay tuned!

We need to communicate on AiM more. I still haven't met Lawrence...
Speaking of Lawrence, can we get a new one now?

Ok, so I'm pretty sure Cory is the doctor now.
And I'm pretty sure Chance and Gertrude became masons during the episode 2 bribe. One has the power to make people immune from exile and the other has the power to make people immune from imprisonment.
One used the power on Allan and he doubled up the Imprisonment protect at exile 3. Check it out.
Do your research. Look into what's happened in the past. And figure out who dies next and who we attack next.

Road to Victory:
20 remain Imprison: Owen Exile: Rondak Imprison: Tina Exile: Kiara Imprison: Cory Exile: Zed
14 remain Imprison: Allan Exile: a Spy Imprison: Chance Exile: Stephanie
10 remain Imprison: Claude Exile: A Spy Imprison: Gertrude Exile: Jasmine
6 remain Two spies, Broderick, Awohali, Dane, and Jenny
Notice, the game gets a lot easier once these confirmed Citizens are gone. Owen, Tina, Cory, Allan, Chance. If we get rid of five of them and only lose two of us, we may very well win this.
Keep the faith.

Also remember, people believe in the saying "what have you done for me lately".
If you screw up as a spy, you can make up for it by bussing another Spy. It takes you back to positive reputation.
These Citizens who look good right now, like Jenny? Give it a few weeks and strip away their protectors, and they might actually be exileable.
Try to trick Citizens into doing things that look very anti-Cit. That's what we need to do.

Also, don't forget about the magic of timing.
If you make a case on a Spy early in an episode, you can accidentally get them exiled.
If you make a case on a Spy late in an episode, it's too late to change people's minds and you still get the full benefit of bussing them.
Timing is everything. Think it out.

Good.
Also, let's get rid of their leaders. They don't have many Citizens capable of leading a case. Or Citizens people are willing to follow.
If we chop off a head, will one grow back? Will that new head lead them down the wrong road?
Let's get the Citizens some bad head.

I have a strong suspicion that Kiara is masons with someone in the Citizen alliance. Possibly Gertrude. Or possibly, she was masons with Lilith. We shall see.
Regardless, it would be good to push her to claim.
